No Delay SVCS

I hired Fabian Espinola of No Delay SVCS to build a closet for my children’s room. I paid him $650 via Cash App on July 16th, 2025 as a deposit. Fabian scheduled and rescheduled the project multiple times (over a dozen occasions) but never began the work. Despite many follow-ups and promises to come, he stopped communicating after the refund deadline I gave him passed. No work has been completed, and I have not received a refund. I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions before hiring. I have documentation of all communications and payment if needed.

I hired Fabian and paid half upfront, but after more than a month of delays and over a dozen missed start dates, the work was never started. Each week brought a new promise to begin, followed by another excuse and no follow-through. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether. I’ve been extremely patient and understanding throughout this process, but unfortunately, I’ve received no service and no refund. For anyone considering hiring, please ask for recent, verifiable references. Also, it’s worth noting that a few of the five-star reviews appear to come from people who share his last name or are personally connected to him, so I recommend reading all reviews carefully and making an informed decision. this young man was kind, knowledgeable, very compassionate. he came in and did the work needed. he wasn't messy. he was very aware of my cats and super friendly with them. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had No Delay Service came to my home. Fabian showed up on time of our appointment. I showed him my kitchen and flooring I was wanting to upgrade. Fabian promptly gave me a quote, which was a fair price compared to the two other contractors I had come to give me a quote. The quality of work Fabian did was fantastic! I love my new flooring, but most of all the remodeling of my kitchen! This is the space I’m most of my time because of my love for cooking and everything Fabian did was more than I imagined it would look like. Thank you Fabian. I absolutely love it! I definitely would recommend No Delay Service not only to people I know, but to my family as well.

I would highly recommend Fabian! He not only was quick but was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented! He treated us with respect and we will be using his services again!
