It Is important for women to understand that Kelly, an owner, is very condescending, disrespectful, and rude to women. He didn’t start out that way, but when pushed for answers - when held accountable - he changed his tune quickly and behaved like a bully. I hated talking to him, but often found myself chuckling at his childish behavior.
