David and his team are amazing! THE BEST remodeling experience I have ever had. I did a full gut remodel of a 1500 SF condo with David. He is honest, straight forward and has good design instincts. Any change orders I had were met with a smile and a reasonable price tag. Most importantly, my project came in on time, on budget and turned out better that I imagined!

I recently worked with David for a fence installation project, and I'm extremely satisfied. His attention to detail, timely communication, and craftsmanship was exceptional. Communication was seamless, with David keeping me informed throughout the process, addressing any concerns promptly. I highly recommend David for his outstanding service and professionalism.

I have remodeled homes and even built a 9300 sq. ft. Luxury home. We retired to S Cal two years ago. One of my daughters contracted with David’s company for a MAJOR remodel of her 3500+ sq. ft. home. I observed closely David and his crew for any shortcomings in performance, punctuality, attitude, workmanship, cooperation, tidiness, responses to requests, responses to changes, material quality and adherence to the concept of making the home owner satisfied. ZERO issues! At a later date I asked David to do some repairs at my own home, and again, ZERO issues. His pricing is quite reasonable but not so low as to invite shoddy workmanship and substandard materials. David is low key, quite knowledgeable and a natural problem solver. Davids painting crew did the best work ever done at our home, They were professional, careful, accommodating, helpful and did a perfect job. They came on time each of 12 days, left on time , left the completed job with a perfect cleanup, made sure we were satisfied with the work and overall were pleasant, pleasant and helpful.
