This company is great. It is a well known fact that air conditioning only breaks when it is crazy hot outside. Both times I have had AC trouble, they have been out immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without delay. No upcharging, no bait and switch, just honest servicing and repair. Jimmy Perez installed a new A/C unit back in 2018 and to be honest he did a good job but when my husband called him to schedule a routine service he didn't answer his calls so I called him and when he finally answered he told me that he wanted my husband to call him. So my husban called him and scheduled an appointment on 7/4 . He never showed up or called so we called him and he said he forgot it was fourth of July so we scheduled for Tuesday morning. Off course he didn't showed up or called one more time. So we decided to move over to a new company.

I called on 8/19/15 to request emergency AC service on behalf of my parent. When the tech called he sounded like this was an inconvenience, which was odd given that the company advertises that they offer 24/7 service. In addition, when I indicated that the outside unit was on the roof of a two story condo, the tech indicated that they did not have a long enough ladder, also odd since these structures are common. I would not recommend this company.
