Hanrick did a great job. He looked at my toilet and told me what options I had and the quote to go with each option. He let me know about Heinco membership that saved me 15% on today’s bill. Hanrick came to my rescue today! Because of the cold weather and winter storm a pipe burst on the outside of my house. Water was starting to leak on the interior of the wall, so I completely shut my water off, which was not going to be sustainable. I called Heinco Plumbing after finding them on Google. The representative on the phone was super polite, courteous, and helpful. She had someone out within a short timeframe given the circumstances. Hanrick was the technician who came to provide service.
