No Worries Pool Care

Extremely disappointed, and please do not choose this store because you will not be getting any follow up. I guess their business model is a single-purchase strategy. I have had my filter replaced by Casey, and it was a great experience. However, that was the only great experience unfortunately. During the replacement, he said he would swing by again to look at the bubbler --- no follow up/ heard nothing Three weeks after the installation, the pipe connecting to the filter started small leaking --- texted/called, no follow up, heard nothing (this is not a serious issue, but warranty related, so it is important) Recently I would like to replace my pump. My pool guy quit on me while I was in the hospital and I came home to a swamp with air bubbles in the jets. I decided to start cleaning the pool myself but all the advice from forums wasn't fixing the air leak. I called No Worries Pool Care at 4:51 on a weekday and within 10 minutes Casey came over, diagnosed the issue by listening to my valves and gave advice on how to fix as well as pool care and pump use my pool guy didn't tell me for the last 5 years. I was stressed beyond belief and felt over my head thinking I was going to be spending alot to find a hidden leak and Casey was so polite and helpful that I was able to fix the leak myself and clean out my swamp of a pool without having to pay a dime when I was quoted hundreds to even come out and look at it by other companies. No worries has taken care of our pool for 20 years now. Casey is one of the hardest working, knowledgeable and honest people I know. We are very grateful for No Worries and Casey. We wouldn't consider calling anyone else. Thank you for another repair! *** I just had to add to my original review. This time I cut my pool power line while doing yard work. Casey was at my house within an hour in the pouring rain. I still feel foolish for this and Casey could not have been nicer. Casey truly provides world class service. Thanks again!!

Casey and his team do an excellent job! They not only do well with maintenance but they also keep a close eye on the pool and alert you promptly if they are concerned about something that may become a bigger issue later on. Casey goes above and beyond what would be expected for pool maintenance. Highly recommend! 7/31/24: They have been doing a great job keeping my pool clean and the chemicals balanced for the past year. I was also having issues with my pool heater and firebowls and Casey quickly remedied both with ease.

I’ve used No Worries two times and both have been fantastic experiences. I had Casey replumb everything above ground on my pool a few years ago and it turned out great and was much less expensive than other “established” pool services. Recently, I needed Casey for a repair and once discussing the issue it was resolved quickly and was much less expensive than I expected, and again he was great to deal with. Totally satisfied both times. A strong two thumbs up!
