Noakes Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Noakes Heating and Air Conditioning came to our rescue in July when the heat of the summer was unbearable. They were prompt and efficient. Competent and dependable and reasonably priced. They replaced our old thermostat and got our old AC up and running again. Very happy with their service and will use them again if needed in the future.

I've dealt with several HVAC companies in this area. For the last 10-12 years, Noakes is the only company I call. I've never had a complaint with them, they're fast, reasonable, and do perfect work every time.

We have used Noakes in the past and had great service. But this last time we were having issues with out mini split. The service guy didn't know anything about the unit. The service guy couldn't even put it to back together right after looking at it. He told me he was leaving and there was nothing he could do because he didn't know the unit. I myself figured out the brand and called them to let them know so he could either look at a manual online or hopefully figure out what was wrong with the unit. Then a few days later the service guy just shows up to our house unexpectedly no call or anything. He still didn't know anything about the unit or what was wrong with it! We got a bill for 2 service calls! We called to talk to Bill hoping to get some sort of customer service. He was no help and

I contacted Noakes on 6-7-2021 to see if they could repair my evaporator drain pan. Our unit was too old to find a replacement evaporator. We decided to get a new a/c system. They got the system here Tuesday and installed, checked and cleaned up after themselves in three hours. I would highly recommend them for any related projects. All the technicians were very professional and friendly. DO NOT HESITATE TO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES. YOU Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Thank you to everyone involved in this job. I appreciate it.

Noakes is wonderful! We had our air conditioner go out mid-August and they came out the same day and fixed the issue. Then, on the coldest day of the year, our furnace quit working. I called that morning, fully expecting them to be booked. They were at our house within the hour. They diagnosed the issue, got the part, and came back to replace it.
