Cannot say enough great things about Nick and his stellar team at NOAT! Nick did our pool deck for us 3 years ago (there is a pic with a blue pool and tan travertine tiles). For the first year it was great. Then the tiles around the pool edge started sinking. They came back a few times and threw some sand underneath the tiles but it didn't fix the problem. The ground around the pool was sinking. 3 years later I asked him to come and look at it because it was obvious there was a much bigger issue. Instead of volunteering to fix the problem he sent me a proposal for $20k. I am sure he will respond to this with his many excuses as to why it wasn't his fault (like he did to me), but the fact of the matter is he did the work. NOAT OUTDOOR LIVING made our backyard dreams come true! The construction process could not have gone smoother, and every timeline that was originally predicted was upheld. Many of our neighbors have had terrible pool construction experiences, from it taking over 6months to third party contractors not showing up or pipes being accidentally broken and flooding their crawl space.
