After 42 years as a homeowner, I only truly appreciated the importance of a well-designed kitchen after COVID. In our efforts to elevate our culinary knowledge, skills and experience my wife and I embarked on a quest to redesign and renovate our kitchen with a focus on function, comfort and esthetics. After meeting with six companies, we chose Kutchenhaus—and couldn’t be happier. They were attentive, patient, professional, punctual, and reasonably priced given the exceptional quality. They worked with us until the 3D design was exactly right and made multiple onsite visits to ensure every plumbing, electrical, and mounting detail was perfect. Third update- my kitchen is still not done. I will have to contact another vendor to finish. It has now been 13 months since I decided to update my tiny kitchen. What a mistake. DO NOT BUY HERE. Second update July 11 2025- kitchen is still not done- review was done 5 months ago. They have tried somewhat but not succeeded. We are missing doors and many other items. Expected due date for our tiny kitchen was SEPT 2024- the saga continues. Update: kutchenhaus has been in contact and is working hard to resolve all outstanding issues. There has been progress and will update again after project is complete. The service at KutchenHaus has been extremely disappointing and misleading. I want to say that my experience with Kutchenhaus was amazing! I ordered the kitchen a few months ago and the whole process was so smooth and the final design is just unbelievable! For the future I will use their services as well!

Kitchen cabinets have been stuck in a wearhouse since arriving to the US from Germany for over 8 weeks- telling us they can’t find a delivery slot, how is this still possible after 2months!!? The stress this is causing is beyond repair. We are not receiving any information as to what is going on and why. Completely unacceptable & avoidable.

I am so happy to write a review. As I usually refrain from doing so. The PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS ATTENTION I received from Dominik was so welcomed. His knowledge and his design ideas were brilliant. He was very reassuring and gently guided me with the process of my Kitchen design. Highly Highly recommended!!!
