Sent email to ask about loading sheds shelters recieved a quick response back from Patience on 11/16 that the sales rep Charlie would be in touch. I waited all week and never heard from Charlie. Sunday 11/22 I decided to move forward with another company. I sent email to Patience advising her of this as I never heard back from Charlie. This morning 11/23 I get email from Charlie Hello Glennie Sorry for not getting back to you, been a real challenge to get to everyone. My apologies Best Regards Charlie Westerberg After this I am convinced that going with the other company was the best decision. Very poor customer service.
