Yes, the gentleman can be difficult to understand and to work with. That said, he knows the plants, the soil and any fertilizer required. He’s not one of these trim an go guys. He is a plant expert. Dealing with him is not always easy but well worth it. After my dealings with Noel he stated that my payment did not go through. My bank statement certified that it did. After this mini fiasco, I would not recommend hiring him. Use La Familia Lawncare Service instead.

I went and talked to the owner face to face. I asked him questions about the bougainvillea plants. He is a specialist in bougainvillea plants. He said he would come over and look and talk to me for no charge. If I wanted him to take care of my plants he would then charge me for their care. I gave him directions to my home as well as my home number. He called me from 5 miles away and said there was no house there. And I tried to give him directions as well as some one else where he stopped and they couldn’t give him the directions either. He said he would just go home. I said have a nice day.

He tried to upcharge me without asking me first. When I told him we never discussed this, he slammed his fists and starting screaming at me. Very unprofessional.

Al llegar con mi esposa a este lugar este señor no nos respondio el saludo.. Pregunte por el precio de 3 plantas de diferente tamaño...a lo cual este señor se enojo y me dijo q no te tenia tiempo para tonterias.....obviamente sali de ese lugar sin c comprar nada....
