Great customer service. Mr McDuffie was a great agent. Attentive to my roofing needs, communication was stellar, and was timely. He also met me around my work schedule to pick out my shingles color. My roof was badly damaged in May of 2025. I called Noland's and the confirmed the damage. Salesmen Mathew Householder and Gregory Noland worked with me through the entire insurance clam process and got approval to replace not only my roof, but also my gutters and downspouts. Project Manager Gabriel Garcia and his crew arrived on a Monday morning. They began stripping off the damaged roof even before the new materials arrived. It was really hot, but they got the replacement roof on that same day. ...and, the cleaned up the grounds, including using powerful magnets to look for any loose nails. Noland's office arranged for the gutter and downspout installation, and, when I was dissatisfied with a few details of the downspout installation, the went to bat with their sub-contractor and go

Noland's roofing was the company who just did my roof recently. I had the pleasure of working with Robert who was my first and point of contact for the roof work, during getting it taken care of my SUV wasn't working he came over and helped me move the SUV so we could have the dumpster come in for the disposal. I also had the pleasure of working with Rebecca from Permitting. She kept in close contact with me and letting me know every step of the way what could happen and what may be needed. They truly kept my best interests at heart, and it means a lot to me. I can't even begin to speak highly enough about the entire Noland Roofing team and levels of service provided throughout the process of having our roof replaced. Starting with the first consultation with their amazing sales rep, Brian J., he was by far one of the most informative and professional sales people that I have encountered from any industry (and I build and lead sales teams for a living, so my bar is already extremely high). Brian J. walked us through every bit of the process and managed expectations with perfection and address every concern we had and ensured that every promise was delivered on and then some from the signing of the agreement straight through to completion. Worked with Nolan's after the latest storm on a roof replacement. Seth was responsive and informative throughout the process. From signature to start was about 2 weeks and the roof was completed in 2 days. The crew was polite and professional and took extra care not to damage any landscaping in the process. Will definitely recommend them.
