Had an awesome experience with this company. They handled everything, took out all the old flooring, put in beautiful new wood-look tile, and even installed new wood baseboards. The whole place looks totally updated now. The crew was super easy to work with, showed up on time, and paid attention to the little details. Really happy with how it all turned out. Marlon is absolutely fantastic. I had hired another contractor who was doing a terrible job on redoing our hall bathroom — and that guy knew it, because he ghosted me after I had paid him 75 percent of the estimate. Based on Marlon’s reviews, I called and asked him to look at my project and advise what it would cost to finish the job. He immediately pointed out what the previous contractor had done that was wrong and against code, things I both did and didn’t know. At that point, I asked him to give me a price for removing the other guy’s work and starting from scratch. His estimate was very fair (and lower than another company had quoted), and he and his team got to work. They were really terrific, detailed in their work and patient with my questions. Marlon was very professional from the first phone call to the final installation. He answered my call, gave me a time he would come by and do an estimate, and arrived at said time! He answered all my questions. He then sent me a quote the next day. He started the work when he said he would, in two weeks. He was polite and did a great job remodeling our small bathroom. I will definitely be using him again to renovate our master bath! I would highly recommend him to anyone!
