Roy and Buddy were personable and responsive in helping us coordinate a day/time for installation and they gave us a tutorial on how to operate the new system. As I was backing my car into the garage, my automatic garage door suddenly “tripped” and came down. To my surprise, I found myself with a dented door that would no longer close. Roy visited my home within a few days of contacting him, despite his busy schedule. Even though I wasn’t home to greet him, he managed to fix the door while I was away. He was very cordial and called me before and after the job. His service rate was well within reason.

We had two new brand new doors installed last summer. We were very happy with everything that Roy and His workers did for us. We had a problem this week when the cable came off the pulleys. We Called Roy early in the morning the next day. We were very pleased when he called that afternoon, came out and took care of the problem in a few minutes at no charge. We would recommend his company very highly. Top notch service. Great people
