I had a furnace heating emergency and contacted Noonan Energy of Spfld. With concerns for the pending cold weather a swift approach to helping me was made by office team member Joyce who researched and ordered the required part for my heating system combined with a immediate dispatch to my residence once the part was received. Jared showed earlier than expected to do the install of the part. Jared was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and methodical with his approach towards installation. I appreciated greatly Jared explaining to me the removal, cleaning, attaching and running the furnace systems check. In addition, I had concerns regarding an essential part to my system. Jared took the time to help me research the part so I could order it and keep in on hand should I need it l

I had mini splits installed a week ago and I'm very happy. Toni and Drew( if I got a name wrong I apologize) were great during the installation. Joe was so helpful in helping me decide what was needed and also did everything I needed to get my rebate. I am very grateful to the Noonan Energy family who have been so wonderful to me for over 40 years. Melissa in the office is a person I always enjoy talking with and is always very helpful. Jared is my go to when it comes to my furnace cleaning, he is amazing and very kind. Thank you everyone.

The Furnace Technician (Mike I think ?) did a great job tuning-up / cleaning our furnace and was very cordial to interface with. What a pleasure. The Plumber Joe helped us out with our leaky toilet tank. He ordered a new power flush tank (free of charge) from the manufacturer which saved us $$$. Then he came to the house after the tank arrived and installed the new power flush tank. Joe was also very cordial and a pleasure to interface with. I like Noonan.

Just moved into a very large 3 furnace house. One of the furnaces dies Christmas Eve. I had a company come out 4 times since and still wasn’t working right. Noonan just left after servicing all 3. The problem one (old company said they had cleaned) was filthy! Noonan soon got it working and all 3 serviced. First time I’ve had heat in part of my house since I moved in Service agent was friendly, professional and explained everything. Will recommend them to everyone I know. Great company.

I had a 32 year old boiler that started giving me problem's, alot of the repair parts were becoming obsolete. So I decided to have it replaced. I called Joe Robert in sales at Noonan Energy and he came to my house within a few days to look things over and make some recommendations. I called Noonan Energy because I had them install a Mitsubishi Split System approximately eight years ago and they did an outstanding job. The same technician that was part of the install crew of the Mini-Split system was the same technician that installed my boiler and indirect water heater. His name is Jared.He is a very knowledgeable and talented technition. The complete install crew did an outstanding job.
