I had a terrific experience. John did a fantastic job. He thoroughly checked all units and found one small shortfall that he notified me about - turns out it was covered under warranty. The invoice that he submitted was just as thorough as the work he performed. I have used Noonan Heating & Cooling Company in two homes, for both repairs and new installs, and their workmanship is A+, professionalism A+, and their customer service folks answer on the first ring and get you what you need almost immediately.

Once again, we had an amazing experience working with Noonan Heating & Cooling Company. Our service technician Jeff P. was thorough, polite and even offered tips on how to save on heating and cooling our home. Over the 8 years we have lived in our house we have had a number of issues with our furnace and air conditioners. We have had Noonan team take care of our problems and each time have been very happy with the results. Everyone they have sent has been extremely knowledgeable, polite, and have fixed the problems without trying to get us to purchase that which we don’t need. We highly recommend them!!

Notice the good reviews are years old. My furnace is out and I called at 7 this morning and got scheduled for today. After sitting at home waiting & multiple calls it is now 5:30 PM and the dispatcher can only say nobody is responding. I canceled and requested a refund. Now I am paying for emergency 24 hour service. Beware
