We have a complicated roof with many different levels and sections. Moss & staining was rampant especially on the north sides. We called Nor-Cal Maintenance and set-up an onsite meeting with David. He came out on time, and we had a good conversation regarding the work needing to get completed. David listened to my needs and concerns, was truly understanding and projected a confidence in his crew to make the roof new again.
