Nor Cal Septic & Trench Work

I gave them one star because that is the lowest you can give them, but even that is generous. I had such I hopes for this business. I called and asked for a quote, someone came out, looked over the issue and APPEARED to care and able to provide a solution, but BOY WAS I WRONG. I called a week later to follow up and was told they were working on a quote and would receive a call back. That was almost 2 weeks ago, since then I've called two more times to follow up and have yet to hear from them. So after 3 weeks of silence, I am writing this review in hopes of sparing someone else the headache of working with this company.

Amazing!!! I called in the morning and they had Jose onsite within an hour. Jose got the septic cleaned out and educated me on how to care for my system in the future. Jose and Phillis where kind and curious through the whole process. Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful- I highly recommend Nor-Cal Septic. Deb Portelance
