Richard and his crew were so professional! Explained all process start to finish. Covered floors, vacuumed entire area, picked up and hauled away all trash including old units. Honestly you never even knew they were here when done. Kim in Office was Amazing checking in going over all charges and explained all payment and warranty processes. Norcal Mechanical Heating and Cooling provided exceptional service that went above and beyond our expectations. After being told by another company that our AC unit needed a complete replacement, we sought a second opinion from Norcal. The owner, Brad, personally came out on a Saturday during peak summer heat (over 100°F) to assess our system and attic. Instead of immediately pushing for an expensive replacement, he took a methodical approach to diagnose and fix the issue. Brad sent a technician the following week to clean our system, which partially improved the situation. He then followed up personally to check on the results.
