Roger was able to come out the same day and within minutes had the line marked for my project. Roger was very professional and helped me locate additional lines on my property. Roger did a great job helping us identify our utility connections in preparation of building our ADU. He clearly marked everything and even let us know about invading tree roots that may pose a problem.

He gave me a quote over the phone, and I told him I'd contact him when I had prepared the site. Roger checked in a few weeks later by text but I still wasn't ready. When I finally texted him back a few weeks ago, he was ready to come out within just a few days to do the locate. On the appointment date, he let me know he was en route to my property and showed up right on time. He then made quick work of locating the 500 foot power line that runs from my house down a fairly steep hill to my well. He also marked my propane line. He has quality locating equipment and a great attitude. I highly recommend him.

I contacted NorCal Utility Pros after I realized my utility lines are considered private and 811 could not help me in locating them. I called and left a message and my call was returned promptly by Roger. He was able to come out the next day and locate my utility lines for me. Roger was friendly and professional. He took the time necessary to do a thorough job and answer all my questions. Even after the job was done and I had additional questions Roger took the time to respond and was very helpful.
