Norfolk Kitchen & Bath Framingham

We had a wonderful experience working with Scott Bobrick at Norfolk Kitchen and Bath Framingham. From our first appointment with Scott we found that he listened to our wants and needs and came up with a design that expressed our desires, personalities and budget. Our project included a total kitchen and bath renovation in a 100 year old home. We had decided to “age in place” and desired a design to meet that need. Scott helped us choose products, from the cabinets, floor, hardware and counter tops that coordinated and complemented each other to the hardware and faucets needed. He was professional, knowledgeable and listened to our opinions. We highly recommend asking to work with him on your projects!

Horrible experience overall. We went with Norfolk based on a referral from a friend who's husband works as a cabinet / installer. From start to finish, nothing but trouble. First, our designer lost the design plans and tried to cover it up. This caused us to have to try to re-remember items that we had discussed prior. For example, we asked for no spice rack, then we get a spice rack, so we then had to improvise once the project was underway. Completely incompetant...no apologies, and our designer clearly didn't listen the first time, take notes, and honestly just didn't care at all about us. We should have known then, next time we will just walk away..... Next, our contracter was a complete joke. Never inspected the site for follow up / punch list items. It was a pleasure working with Scott Bobrick for my kitchen renovation! His design maximized the space of my small kitchen, which is exactly what I was going for. The cabinets and countertops came out exactly as I envisioned. Scott was always readily available to answer all of my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I chose to work with Norfolk kitchen because it was a one stop shop situation. Katie Hallett, did a great job with kitchen design . They were professional from day one through the entire process. I chose the Framingham office of Norfolk Kitchen and Bath to do our kitchen renovation that I had been dreaming of for over 20 years.
