I've been visiting the hospital for yrs had no idea the overflow lot existed. It's a bit of a hike to and from hospital entrance but its manageable, well as long as you aren't extremely ill or elderly or have an disability that limits your mobility.

Are parking locked boots legal when violators can not see the sign?
