I've flagged down 2 yard jockeys and a supervisor and gave a phone call no one came to move container I've sat here over an 1hr and sad part is its slow right now. They always have an attitude and rude. Corporate office needs to fix this problem quickly

Take 285 W/S get off at Ex 16 ( Atlanta rd )TL at light on Atlanta rd. Stay on rd for about 6 miles than TR on W Marietta st. Go over bridge and TR on Marietta Rd. TL at the 2nd entrance Gate 6. Make sure your ID is processed by dispatch before you get here are they won’t let you in. Place is very disorganized and folks working the front don’t seem to care. Try to get clear instructions about everything. They want tell you anything or gave you clear instructions once you get check in.

The older man at the help desk is so rude. He will act like you ain’t standing at the window. I stood there for 10 minutes before he acknowledge me.

The employees I dealt with was very rude and very unprofessional.... I just left without picking up anything
