HOW ABOUT NEGATIVE STARS. HORRIBLE/NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICESpent close to $8,500 to carpet our condo. Paul sold us on a tuftex carpet that we were told was great for pets and holds up to areas with high traffic. The carpet was installed on 1/19 and on 1/28 the mover came; they walked into look at the set up of the condo, then covered the steps and began the unload. When they uncovered the steps and left, we noticed these footprint marks on our BRAND NEW tuftex carpet, we thought it would dry clean it DID NOT. When we called Paul and explained the end result was that he said the mover probably had salt/grime on his shoe and that it would be best to hire a professional cleaner. Firstly, Evan Higgins was wonderful. He was professional and helpful and I cannot say one bad thing about him. However, the two woman there when my husband walked in could not have been ruder. We went in the day after Thanksgiving. Upon walking in, they barely glanced up at us and put their head back down without so much as a greeting. Evan got up from his chair to introduce himself and ask us what we were looking for. He showed us around the store for different options for our dining room area rug. After giving us some preliminary pricing, the one woman who was tall with blonde hair, shouted across the room, correcting him on some of the pricing. She did this again later on in our visit. We purchased carpet for two flights of stairs and a hallway from Norman Carpet and we're so happy with it. (And so is our dog, as you can see from the photo.) Josh and the rest of the sales team were great to work with. And Yave and his crew did a fantastic job installing it -- they were super quick and it looks stunning. In fact, we're so happy with the product, price and service that we decided to extend the carpet into a bedroom where we had originally planned to refinish the wood floor.

Norman Carpet did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors and carpet runner on our stairs. They also laid new hardwoods where old carpet used to be and matched the original hardwoods perfectly. They showed up on time and were trustworthy and reliable. I had the opportunity to work with Ben who leads the operations and he was very helpful each interaction I had with him. Each crew member was great and were very happy with the finished product! Thank you Norman Carpet, Ben and Team!

Norman carpet has been wonderful to work with. The sales manager Dave is great & our carpet was just installed & the installers did a great job, very patient with me as I decided exactly where to place it. I would highly recommend. And the installation was worth every penny!
