The quote & sales experience was terrific. Measured and quoted in under 30 minutes. Snuck my install in right before Thanksgiving (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated, considering I was quoted on the Friday before T-giving week at 3PM). Expert installers, had a roughly 400sqft basement/stairs install done within a few hours. Made sure to keep the house clean when arriving by putting down protective mats at the entrance and covering pathways they were using to get to the basement. Overall incredibly satisfied with Norman Carpet, would recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid company with a solid crew and even more solid pricing.

The installers did a great job in all aspects—they were meticulous, respectful of the space, and the finish around the dishwasher and transitions looks perfect.
