Nortex Carpet Cleaning

I can't say enough about Heidi AND JD at Nortex. I had a flood and was desperate. Heidi was so calming over the phone and understanding. She seemed to truly want to help me and sent JD out right away AND got me an estimate that day to give to my builder. JD truly knows his stuff and can talk way over anyone's head that is not in the industry, but could also bring it down to my level and explain the options and ramifications for each. I felt great about his knowledge and ability to correctly assess and take care of any of the water issues. He came to do the work once I was sure the house would not flood again in the next rain, and left plenty of dehumidifiers and fans to be sure all areas were properly dried, using a moldicide to prevent mold and mildew. They also clean carpets to be sure

Nortex showed up on time. The staff was friendly and professional. The carpet cleaning met my expectations and the price was right. I will use Nortex again.

Can not say enough great things about this company! Heidi is amazing and everyone that works with her are professional and very punctual.

Horrible customer service, didnt listen to me when i said they could park in front of my property and cancelled my appointment on me, they had a no-can-do attitide
