Can't remember her name but the lady working in footwear today deserves a raise. Very knowledgeable and helpful about the boots I was looking at. While I didn't make a purchase today, she made my shopping experience great. Also the folks at the gun counter were very helpful in getting a suppressor ordered for me. They have only done a few and just recently got a silencer shop kiosk.

I went to the store to find heated socks. I asked two different employees, and neither helped me find what I was looking for. One says "I don't know if we have them, but they will down the main isle". She then left me to find it on my own. I walked straight for the exit at this point So, why do we still shop local stores? I don't do it for price or selection for Amazon beats them at this. The one thing they have to offer is service, only this store doesn't do this well. Unless I must see or try on something I want, I'm avoiding this store. I'm feeling less guilty shopping on Amazon versus local stores. Oh My Goodness! This store is amazing ...So many great quality unique items...So accommodating...We were traveling from out of town in our RV's with our daughter and son-in-law with our Grandchildren and they let us stay in their parking lot...Wonderful store and customer service...

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent selection of goods, acceptable prices. Only thing I didn't like was that they sell a line of power strips as "surge protectors" which don't actually have any joule rating and are basically useless as far as protectors go...(I mean if you just need a portable power tap thats fine...) But they did have a brand that was good and served me well.

Did not fulfill the order I placed and expected to recieve. Refunded my money and after I called them said I could have a $10 gift card for my inconvenience of o wanted it. That is nowhere near the cost savings I would have had from the order I placed and expected from them. Buyers beware they may sell you out of stock items and then pick and choose at their discretion if they fulfill the order apparently. The customer service rep said they had more items on order but that id have to buy them at full price when available not the sale price I bought at.
