North Air

Vigen and the team at North Air are the best! We were in urgent need of replacing our old HVAC/Heat Pump unit and Vigen ensured we got the best system for our home and it was installed properly as quickly as possible. His team also upgraded the electrical needed to support a slightly more powerful system and uncovered some other electrical panel issues that we had not even known about and was able to help address those as well. We've given Vigen a call a couple times since installation for check-ups and he's always been so helpful and made sure our questions were answered and everything is always working just as it should be. We'll always be turning to North Air in the future and highly recommend them!

North Air did a great job replacing my two heat pumps outside and fan-coil units inside our house. The physical location made it a difficult project. The houses in our neighborhood are close together. Access was limited. A crane was needed to remove the old heat pumps and locate the new ones. All was expertly done. I am very pleased.

We were referred to Vigen by a friend and we were not disappointed! Vigen was quick to reply and he was able to fix everything that day. He had to leave to go get a part and promptly returned. Even though we wanted the AC fixed asap (given the heat), he did not try to take advantage of us. He was trustworthy and did a great job. He even changed the air filter when he left :) Quality work at a fair price. He pointed out some issues because of our previous AC installers and we have him and his team come out to fix them.

Today I had a central AC unit from 1999 replaced. This is the second job I had done by North Air. First was installing a new furnace that replaced the original unit from 1999. Great Job. Very efficient, Came out with three technicians and was done in three hours not tying up my whole day. Great Job. Thank you Vigen.

North Air was great! Vigen showed up on time and did an excellent and careful job with a major home repair, and brought our very old system up to modern codes. Also coordinated the timing with the city inspectors so we were not out of power for any impactful length of time. He clearly explained what it would cost, and stuck to his estimate . Would highly recommend North Air!!
