I found Chris and North Alabama Septic by chance on Google, and I’m blown away by the quality of their work. Chris was outstanding — incredibly professional, communicative, and thorough. The job was done quickly, done right, and the cleanup was spotless. Pricing was more than fair too. Truly top‑notch service. I’ll absolutely be using them again!

This is my first experience with Chris and North Alabama Septic. I literally found him searching Google so I really did not know what to expect. To say that Chris and his team are fantastic is an understatement! They are professional, very friendly, and did an incredible job (including the clean up)! Chris is excellent with communication, follow through and his prices are extremely fair. We have found our new favorite company and will use them going forward for all of our septic needs. Chris was absolutely phenomenal, took my call after hours for a possible emergency. Was attentive, extremely professional and so nice! He was out the next day with a solution, and made a stressful situation light hearted, and resolved it quickly! 10/10 recommend!

North Alabama Septic did an excellent job when cleaning our septic tank. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. They were careful to make minimal impact to our yard when opening the tank, then made sure the holes were covered and smooth before they left. Excellent service.
