North American GeoThermal

North American Geothermal just completed an install at our house in Herndon, and the entire process was great! So far the system has exceeded our expectations. We first contacted North American Geothermal in March, and the install was completed at the start of June. The team was incredibly professional and detail oriented, ensuring all of the equipment was sized appropriately, completing multiple sizing estimates, to include a manual-j to ensure the system would perform as expected. The actual install process started on May 22nd with the drilling of 800+ ft of vertical loops, with the system being fully commissioned on June 9. The team was prompt, professional, and detail oriented. The install looks great, the yard was put back together, and they even addressed damage to our paver walkway

Will was excellent! Arrived on time; introduced himself, had all the necessary tools, etc that he needed to do the job. Wore shoe coverings. Asked if we had any problems/questions. Left the work area clean!

My first visit from North American Georhermal went very well. Will and Curtis got to know my unit, checked it out and gave it a clean bill of health. I look forward to using this company annually.

After our system stopped working, the technician worked diligently, for almost 3 hours, to find the problem - it turned out to be a burned out fuse. But it took real effort to track it down. We are very pleased with his work. He was friendly, pleasant, and easy to communicate with.

North American came out and replaced the control board on my Water Furnace in about 20 minutes. They had the part on the truck and were neat, clean and efficient. PROS!
