Traci is one of the best guys around to fill up locally. He has vast knowledge of the industry and is able to recommend products based off of this which is very helpful when I run into issues that are not all that common with cleaning commercial properties or specialty finishes on high end homes. I received a call from a few days after I placed my order. He was just letting me know that he had received my order and that he was waiting on his supplier to ship the rest of the stuff to him. A person doesn’t get that kind of service very often anymore. Definitely will be buying more from him
