North American Van Lines

I’ve had several moving experiences over the years ranging from great to horrible. North American Van Lines has been one of the best experiences from start to finish that we’ve ever had. First have to shout out Mark Richardson, who drove out to our place in Missouri to give us a quote in person (a rare service these days) and provided a binding quote that worked for us! Next shoutout to Sabra Waggoner, our moving administrator, who was always available and ready to answer my many questions about billing and coordination. I really appreciated her reassurance that everything was on schedule and confidence in her answers. And finally our mover/driver himself, Matt Devlin and his crew. The packing was done on the sceduled day. They were very efficient and it didn't take them too long to pack everything. The same with the unloading at the new location. Very efficient.

I had a great experience!!! They took excellent care of my stuff and did a great job unloading everything once they got to CT!! Thank you!! A little on the pricier side but it was worth it!!

Nick and his crews on both ends of our move were efficient and careful with our household items. Everyone was super courteous and friendly which made it *almost* a fun experience. Nick went above and beyond by returning an item that should have been left at the old house that I overlooked. Highly recommend for your moving needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about North America Van Lines. They were the only company that actually came out and viewed what they were going to move. The agent company (Best Way Moving and Storage in Springfield, MO) was so easy to work with . The coordinator ( Sabra ) and the driver and moving manager ( Nick Collins) were on top of everything. Nick was always available by phone and kept in touch the entire trip. He said he would be in front of my house at 8 AM, and he was. The loaders and unloaders were careful and very courteous. I would absolutely use them again. On a scale from 1 to 10, they would be a strong 10.0
