North Beach installed two new units at my beach house and they maintain it annually to ensure it is in tip top shape during the season. Christian came out today to dial everything in. He proactively checked out a clog in a drain line that we experienced last year, calibrated the thermostats from a note I left during the previous season and diagnosed weak points before they become failures. I trust North Beach’s certified and factory trained people and have all confidence in their expertise and honest and fair business dealings.

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Billy was most helpful, answering all of my questions and explaining how the process worked. The installers, Chad and Joey were most helpful and obviously knew their job. They worked efficiently and quickly. Finally, Ashley took care of the invoice, payment and even filed the registrations to ensure my extended warranty was completed. I would recommend North Beach Services without hesitation.

Had an issue with indoor HVAC unit heavy vibration noise. After researching area Service providers customer reviews, decided on North Beach Services. Couldn't be more pleased with with this company from Ashley in service booking, Rebecca in Service Dept, and in particular service tech Christian whose expertise in diagnosing the problem and replacing two failing warranteed parts fixed the issue like new. Christian was prompt, professional and courteous. He inspected, cleaned and serviced every part of my HVAC system. He also noticed that the condensate line from my downstairs system was directing water into my foundation. With my approval, he rerouted the condensate line appropriately at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with North Beach Services, and Christian in particular.
