Matt and his team did a large commercial project for us clearing over 20k sq ft of snow! They worked quickly communicated the whole way and stayed within budget because of his team they saved the roof from collapsing!

We moved to Alpha, MI from northern Idaho in Oct. 2021. Not long after we got here a windstorm took out our tree and part of our garage roof! Fortunately for us Matt stopped by and we worked out a great deal for removing the tree. At that time Matt mentioned that they do roofing too. I asked him to reach out to me in the spring for the roofing. (I had reached out to another roofing company to get a quote 3 times and never heard back from them) Matt called me in the spring and quickly came by to take measurements for a quote. We ended up repairing the garage and replacing the house roof. His crew did a great job of tearing off the roof which was 3 layers of asphalt shingles and a layer of cedar shakes. My wife and I recently bought a home in Florence and it needed a little work so we started reaching out to local “handy men”. Lucky for us, we came across Matt’s contact information but not before speaking to many others first. The issue we had with the other guys was simple…they were VERY difficult to get on the phone. In many cases, even after we got them on the phone, they typically missed the appointments we had set with them. And I don’t mean by minutes or hours, I mean they just never showed up. Matt is just the opposite, he answers his phone and if he doesn’t, he calls back at his earliest convenience! Unsatisfactory. This past fall, I had North Bound remove and trim several trees. The tree cutters were good, and mostly did what I asked. The real issue was afterward. I decided to pay extra for stump removal, which, I was told, would be filled in with top soil and the grass re-seeded, as well as in the areas of the yard that his Bobcat machine tore up. Instead, what appears to be old construction fill was used and I now have rocks and gravel all over the yard, including a few pieces of glass, concrete chunks and even a piece of broken ceramic. I'll be spending many hours this spring trying to get all the rocks out, especially because, as you might imagine, they'll be great for the lawnmower.
