North Branch Nursery

This is a well organized nursery and is easily navigated. The customer service is excellent, several employees passed by asking if help was needed. Great selection of plants, shrubs, and perennials.

I walked into NBN about 2 weeks ago looking for help with plants for a 2' x 14' flower bed I was adding to the side of a patio addition. The employee that helped me was very helpful and was willing to spend as much time with me as I needed. She showed me all types of shrubs and perennial flowers that might work in my yard. It was my first time there and I would highly recommend them.

Dealing with wholesale was the worst experience. The customer service is very poor and it has been second time that the same person has treated me that way. I have been doing business with North Branch for 13 years and have never been treated so poorly. The lady that worked there before was way better at her job and had a wonderful personality. Its a shame. Will never buy nothing from there again .

Excellent experience! Eric and Rachel were incredibly helpful! We were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. (It really felt like royal treatment!) They have an expansive inventory, and their website is super helpful! We will definitely be back!
