The facts are that several things were missed by this company when creating our foundation. It took a lot of effort to have this company come and correct two of the mistakes. Now that we are starting electrical the inspector has discovered another thing this company missed but North County Concrete does not answer our phone calls, phone message or text messages. So we will be fixing this mistake ourselves which requires laying 20 feet of rebar and encasing it in concrete 3 inches thick on all sides. Short list of errors: *1/2 inch off on foundation (not too bad to make work but still it goes on the list) *1 inch off on the garage door opening ...(13/16 short technically they told me not a full inch) *No sleeves for septic, water and drain lines (this was discussed and I was assured it wou
