Their driver pulled up to the wrong address in an oversized vehicle, dumped a mound of soil on my driveway and then drove away. Had to be chased down and made aware of his mistake. He promised to return the next day to clean up his mess, which he never did. Not sure if he was under the influence, but he seemed a little out of it. Once me and my neighbor (the actual customer) cleaned up the mess we noticed damage to the driveway from his vehicle. After several calls, texts and an email I finally got in touch with the company to have them make it right and they weren't willing to help. The man I spoke with gave me attitude as if I were in the wrong. I recommend finding someone else unless you want a headache to go with your rocks and dirt.

We have used North County Supply over 5 times now for smaller pick up orders and large deliveries. Quality and options of wood chips/mulch are amazing. They always help us get the job done within our budget and offer lots of advice on what you could use and do to make the best of your project. On delivery the driver always uses caution when maneuvering the truck on our older heavily decorated & landscaped property and gets the pile as close as possible to the distribution site. Customer service is so hard to find but it’s still alive and well at North County Supply!
