All I can say is Dan, the owner, is the BEST at customer service, responding quickly, caring for his customers and all around a Terrific business owner. It's tough to find someone like this. If you're not using North Coventry HVAC, you need to !!

Dan did a phenomenal job. I got a different quote from a big box company for literally 10X what Dan charged. He solved the issue in a timely manner. I will 100% use him again.

Highly recommended! No BS, he quickly assessed the situation, analyzed, tested, fixed, billed me on-line and left. No BS with testing things that aren't broken to increase time on the job because the says he needs more billable hours to separate clients from their money. He was also polite and courteous.
