He is highly knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and always on time. Additionally, he communicates thoroughly and lets you know everything about your system. Michael saved my pool when it turned green. Instead of draining it and pressure washing he eliminated the algae and ever since with regular maintenance he saved my pool.
