North Fork Pool Care

North Fork Pool Care did an excellent job building the pool and patio of our dreams! Jason Peters is a man of his word who went above and beyond to get the job done. He and his crew built a 16 x 40 foot fiberglass pool with an automated cover and a beautiful Turkish marble patio to surround it. Jason helped us navigate the permitting process with the best consultant, Robert Herrmann. I strongly recommend this business.

Pool was green 1/4 of the summer. Signed up with them and then needed to call pretty much every time to get service. Always late on deadlines even with months of notice. They would come, see a green pool, and do nothing about it. People are braindead in customer service. VERY unhappy with the company as a whole. I guess they are overbooked and poorly managed because they don't seem to care if you come or go as a customer. Photos attached were sent to their email after calling so many times to ask why it was still green. They finally gave me a couple weeks off of my invoice but barely said anything and did not apologize. Just started this year with a different east end company and they told me that they had been treating our equipment poorly and incorrectly as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM TH

Used them last year. In addition to finding a green pool on two or three occasions, the marble dusting of my pool (only 5 years old) has to be completely replaced now because they didn’t maintain the chemicals (possibly at all) over the season and/or close the pool correctly before the winter. It was a very expensive mistake using them.

Horrible service and people!!! They came to winterize my hot tub, obviously they did not do a good job and a pipe broke. I asked them to come repair it but they would not call me back finally I went in to the store and they explained that they could not get a part because we did not get the spa from them. I contacted the online retailer who said they would refund me the price of the spa, all I needed was a letter on North Fork Pool and Spa letterhead stating that they were unable to fix the spa because of difficulty finding the part. I called and emailed them several times explaining the situation hoping that they would help me especially since they were the ones who caused the damage but again I was just ignored. I do not understand why they would not help me, a paying customer for so man

Called this business to see if I could get someone to give me an estimate on building a pool on my property. The woman took my information and said someone would call me back. A few mins later she calls me and says they do not service my area. I am in Baiting Hollow, this business is in Mattituck... 24 mins away (14mi). She said they only go as far as Riverhead which is 5 mins from me. It amazes me that businesses will turn down the opportunity to make money because they are not willing to drive 5 more mins. And this is a pool BUILD not just some pool vacuum service. UPDATE: They will do a pool in Orient though which is much further away. Seems to me that this is a nose up in the air “we only service the North Fork”.
