Do not use this company unless you want to pay triple what it’s worth. I was home alone and a torsion spring broke on my garage door and I was desperate. The lowest option they gave me was $637 to repair. I should’ve asked more questions, yes my fault, and only had them fix the springs, but they presented me with three options so naturally I went with the lowest, which was still outrageous. I looked up the cost of the springs if I just went to buy them myself and it was about $150. They charged me $349. Plus, added a bunch of stuff that was unnecessary at the time, but he told me it was the minimum I should do. I’ve attached the options they gave me so you can see all the extras they added on. My dad’s spring broke on his garage door and he said it cost under $200 to have someone repair it
