North Home Builders is truly full service - our project involved a full demolition down to the studs, roofing, siding repair, and window installation on top of kitchen design and build. Fabiano and his team completing the work on-time and on-budget, meeting the expectations set out in our initial scoping conversations. Because North Home Builders is full service design/build, we only had to interface with Fabiano instead of balancing multiple contractors. Fabiano was extremely knowledgeable, creative, and thoughtful when it came to the functional and aesthetic design of our kitchen. Fabio and his team were great. They remodeled an old, dark and very dated guest bathroom into a bright, modern looking amenity that we are not embarrassed to have our guests use. Tile installation on the floors and shower was quick and looks great. Always professional and responsive. Will certainly use them for our next project.
