Don is very knowledgeable about radon and mitigation systems. He did a great job figuring out how to install a system in our completely finished basement. Installation was pain free for us with no cement dust anywhere from his drilling through the basement floor. Plastic was applied to the carpeted steps to protect it. We would highly recommend Don Brown of North Iowa Radon. His recommendation of Jim Hunt Electrical also did a great job installing the electricity needed.
Don did a great job explaining what work was needed for our mitigation and kept me well informed throughout the process. Very professional and you can tell they take great pride in their work. Highly recommend North Iowa Radon if you have any radon mitigation needs.
Don was very informative about the noise coming from my system. It needed a fan replacement and Don came and had it fixed correctly. Thankfully, I had questions after the replacement and he was more than willing to answer.
