I was disappointed with the level of professionalism demonstrated by this mechanical contracting service. Communication throughout the engagement was poor, and interactions often reflected an unprofessional attitude rather than a solutions-focused approach. Of particular concern was the tendency to speak negatively about supervisors and management in front of others, which created an uncomfortable and unproductive environment. Regardless of internal challenges, this type of conduct is inappropriate and undermines confidence in the company as a whole. Alongside with being rude the technician poor attitude influenced him to completely disregard any and all security protocols in the secured building.
