North Mississippi Well Drilling

If I could give this man a zero star, I would. This man puts a warranty on his work but yet does not honor it. God forbid you need him to come back out for a mistake he made. He is very sarcastic and rude. Let me mention that what a disaster it was the first time he came to my home. I have 3 kids and had to stay at my in laws for several days due to him not showing up when he was supposed to and not having any water. He shows up at all hours of the night and then asks my husband to go to the liquor store for him and he was at my home until 5am the next morning still working on my well. My husband and I had to get the parts and do a lot of running around for this contractor because he never knew that when you go to work it means at least 7 or 8 in the morning and not 9 at night. This man puts a “warranty” on his work but god forbid something happens to your well and you need him to come back out. This is now the second time my water is messing up within the year of him fixing it. He is refusing to come back out this second time and honor his work. He would rather be sarcastic. Let’s also mention what an absolute disaster it was to even get my well fixed the very first time and have water ! I had to stay at my in laws with my 3 kids several times because he has no idea what starting work in the morning is. He would come out all hours of the evening and night. This was a huge inconvenience to my family. I also tried to help and stayed out there helping him work on it until 5am one morning. I’ve done EVERYTHING I possibly could to make this work but this is ridiculou

These guys are top notch! I contacted North MS Well Drilling around 9:00 am on 06-19-2018 when I realized my water was out at my house. Mr. Langford and his crew arrived a few hours later and had the problem fixed by 5:00 pm that same day. The service was outstanding: honest, informative, professional and affordable. I highly recommend these guys if you’re having issues with your well.

They don’t warranty their work, give their customers the run around, send the customers to get the supplies themselves as well as runs to the liquor store while on the job.

Very fast to respond and inspected everything on the well for all problems and repaired!! Highly recommend and will be first to call for my repair needs.
