North Point Air Conditioning and Heating

I've had some bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. North Point has been a pleasant surprise. They are responsive and helpful and are here when they say they're going to be here. I've been very happy with their services.

The technicians were so good and very polite! They were prompt, courteous and professional! North Pointe Air has been servicing my home for many years and always give me sound advice and fortunately they are more affordable than most! I highly recommend!

Northpoint has been our AC folks for home and business for many years. They do a great job. They come quickly in an emergency and never leave us suffering in the Texas heat! They are skilled and friendly and we appreciate them so much!

They got to me very quickly for a second opinion on my AC needing a new TXV valve. Rob checked everything out and found no issue with the TXV valve…….but did find very dirty outdoor condenser fins. Also my inside return air filters were dirty so I changed them as well. AC working great now and pressures are good and refrigerant level was good. I did NOT need a new TXV Valve!!
