Would give them a million stars ! Shout out to Kaleb with North Raleigh Air! He exemplifies the model of excellence in client care ! We all take for granted the blessing of daily Heat /AC until it breaks down ! We had contacted our home warranty co when we realized our heat pump wasn’t working. They sent out their contractor, here he looked at the unit for 10 min we were told basically the part could not be found, then extreme issues were noted (that did not make sense ),so they recommended a $8,000 new unit our cost(after the warranty part paid). *We had always had Kaleb work on our AC when we lived in Youngsville and inspected our unit before buying our home in Creedmoor. with that we decided if we needed a new unit we would call him. Kaleb was so kind! He knew the Thanksgiving holiday

Excellent service! We just had an issue with our heat during an extremely cold spell. With my family having to endure a very cold night I contacted North Raleigh Air and they made sure that they sent someone before noon. Caleb arrived promptly, was very professional & friendly.
