I was very happy with North Roots work. They were on time & did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tree removed.

Highly recommend this company. Showed up as promised with a great crew and removed 3 very large, tall redwoods (100ft tall) in not very accessible areas. Very professional and reasonable. They completed the project in one day and left our yard very clean. Licensed and insured.

I was in constant contact with the whole crew. Removed 2 trees and ground stumps for an amazing price. They were quick and clean. I would definitely hire North Roots again

Update: After receiving the arborist's report and additional photos, they have now referred this to their attorney. Update: I've emailed this company on 2 separate occasions and received no response at all. My arborist came out and wrote a report. Findings are that this company knows nothing about proper pruning or tree care. They may heading cuts to my trees, as well at the neighboring trees and the property owner's trees. Additionally, my arborist states that the corrective pruning will take 10 or more years to fix what should never have been done and will run between 3 and 4 thousand dollars. Their license was also suspended at the time. A person did finally email last evening and seems concerned. I'll see what happens next. Do not ever hire these untrained people to trim any t

They arrived on time, the crew worked efficiently to get the job done quickly and then thoroughly cleaned up, Their price was very reasonable (I did a lot of comparison shopping) They provided a proposal and a copy of their license before our appointment. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
