Would not recommend The owner came to my house to repair a bosch refrigerator Worked on it for about an hour said it was fixed I actually tipped him $40 because I was so happy. It wasn’t fixed it was never fixed afterwards He said that he was ordering the parts and he would be back within a week or so to do the repair They never responded back to me I tried calling multiple times with no luck The receptionist told me at least six or seven occasions that the technician would get back to me which he never did They blocked my number I have since heard from other people that have done business with this company that this is their Modus operandi I wouldn’t do business with them They are not honorable people

Randall at North Shore did a great job fixing my washer- they communicated well with me, got the parts quickly and were courteous - you don't see many businesses like this anymore... Very pleased!

Just had Randy here to check out and maybe fix a few appliances if they needed it. He arrived early. He had excellent communication prior to arrival and during when showing/explaining what each of my concerns were caused by, checked out everything including an extra question I had about my oven, very professional and personable. He also worked very efficiently during todays visit. Will definitely do business again for any of our appliances with this family owned business, and very happy overall with this service!

Lowes Protection Plan hired North Shore to service my 4 year old dishwasher. Randy came to my house on October 7, 2021 and told me that I have an intermittent leak due to the faulty design of the Samsung waterwall. What he told lowes was something completely different. He told lowes that my dishwasher was overloaded and customer needs training. The dishwasher leaks with nothing in it. He lied to get another service request. Worst service ever.

I have had Randy out to my house to fix a washer, dishwasher, range and microwave. Among others he has helped family members of mine and always recommend him to anyone I know. He has always been extremely fair and a great human being above all. I will gladly have him back for any and all repairs! I normally do not post but after needing to grab his information again to share with a family member and seeing people post negative reviews and knowing how well I was treated I feel it is my obligation to share my experiences with him and his company. Thank you Randy for all you have done for me and my family members.
