A few years ago I went to my local hardware store for a faucet part. They did not carry it. The store manager recommended to go to North Shore Faucet. In addition to having the part, they will give you friendly repair advise. To avoid running around for plumbing parts, My 1st stop is always North Shore Faucet.

North shore faucets is an amazing store! The gentleman there are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a part from a tub/ faucet and handles that were discontinued 15 years ago. They had it and had plenty of them. I would definitely recommend this wonderful store as a go to for faucets and part and plumbing items!

I had a problem with my bath tup cold water valve. I took pictures and showed Natasha my problem. She told me what I had to do and thought I could do it myself without calling a plumber. I did what she said and went back in with broken cartridge and she found me the replacement parts I needed. Very Very helpful and understanding. I will recommend North Shore Facuets to everyone I know.
